well, we have lots of blog catching up to do, but just a quick bite from today. it is silas' 1st birthday so he got to ride in the car seat facing forward for the first time. he loves it! he just stares all big eyed taking it all in. today was also a first for ms. elle as she went poo poo on the potty! i'm sure we still have some work ahead of us, but i can't wait to get one kid out of diapers. anyway, for the rest of the world, not a big deal. in the robinson house, however, it was a huge day of firsts.
a few weeks ago we were over at Josh and Laurel Eddleman's house for a party. i suddenly realized that i didn't know where my daughter was. as i began searching i found a small group of people in the laundry room. elle had crawled in the dryer! the father in me wanted to scold her, but come on...look at her! i just laughed. what a creative little girl. my guess is that brooke did/would have done the same thing given the chance. just after these pictures were taken with someone's small digital camera...
elle grabbed the camera and took some pictures of her own from inside the dryer! see, she wants to be just like her momma.
