a very sweet finley!
finley has really been amazing this Valentines 2008!
yesterday there was a special delivery of flowers on my front porch. i soon realized they were from finley! the note he wrote caused me to sit down on the steps
and just cry. my little silas started tickling me cause he thought i was crying out of pain...ha ha!
then this afternoon elle said she heard a knock at our front door. "mommy did you hear that knocking?"
i said no...but to kill her curiosity she ran to the front door and all i heard was
"hi i'm looking for my beautiful 4 year old daughter who i love very much".
i ran to the front door to see finley holding a single pink rose surrounded by other dainty pink flowers. just perfect!!!
i told him to never do something like that again unless i've got the video camera ready to go!
oh man...i'll hold that memory as close to my heart as it can get.
finley rocks! i know he hates Valentines day...so he did a BIG thing by making his girls feel special.
guess next year he'll have to buy 3 sets of flowers.

how sweet! I guess you are having a baby girl or is Silas getting married already?!! I check out your blog from time to time. It is encouraging to see what is going on in other people's lives who also have little ones so close together. Melissa (Berry) Smith
