will do this to a couple of kids at night. silas almost always sleeps sideways across the bed. looks like elle was a pretty comfortable pillow :)

Saturday we endured 7 hours of Animal Kingdom. We hit “Africa” first and explored the Pangani Forest Trail and went on an amazing Kilimanjaro Safaris ride. I am always speechless when I see 400lb gorillas, towering giraffes, 90lb pythons and baby elephants. Other big attractions were the petting yard, meeting Pocahontas, and watching Nemo-The Musical (totally outstanding!!!) We pressed through naps(and rain) and played in Dinoland barnyard.
We hope to continue the fun at Sea World on Monday…

Yesterday we went to MGM studio and met a ton of our favorite people. We saw Mater and Lightening McQueen, Woody and Buzz, and of course...Pluto. Not many rides, but we had a good time. We saw the High School Musical 2 parade twice and Elle was definitely bopping along. Today was a little more chill. We hung out at the condo took naps and then went to the outlet mall and finished with dinner at Macaroni Grill (my favorite!) Tomorrow, its up bright and early and we are going to try and track down a elusive tiger at Animal Kingdom...

We got up early and headed for Disney this morning. We got there about 9:15 and stayed until about 12:15. It was a great strategy (if i do say so myself). the lines were short and we wore out the kids in three hours. Rundown of events: Dumbo, Winnie the Pooh, paint faces, Barnstormer (3x), Teacups, Buzz Lightyear, snacks, Mickey's Dreams come true show, Magic Carpets, and were done...all in 3 hours. tomorrow its off for MGM bright and early!

We started out our trip Friday night at 9:30pm.
I,brooke, started out driving...and I made it almost
to Russelville before I called it quits! Good thing
finley didn't marry me for my driving long distance skills.
we made it to Memphis by 3:00am and slept till 7:30. Fin
drove till 11:30pm, and we finally got to Orlando.
Today was major 'do nothing' day.
We are planning on hitting Magic Kingdom tomorrow...so there
will be better pics from here on out.

well, i'm up way to late having way to much fun. i finished installing google apps for brookerobinson.com so brooke now has imap email and i've synced it with thunderbird which she already uses and it works incredibly well. it is amazing what you can teach yourself how to do with the help of the internet these days. email at home and on the road for my wife. it should be really handy when we go to disney world next week!

"Mommy, will you please turn on High School Musical [music]" ~ from our 4 year old daughter...yikes!

"Mom, I'm starving. Can I have some candy? When do I get a special treat?" ~ our candy addict daughter.

google reader - best way to get all my blog news

google books - you can search for lines or quotes inside a book. i'm not sure how they get around copyright, but its incredible!

google maps - i so wish i had an iphone when i went to new york, because google maps even has metro lines on the map stating which subways run to which city blocks.

google docs - i'm not really sure about the compatibility or overall usefulness of this yet, but i bet i'm going to like it and use it at some point.

google shopping - i always use this to find the best deal on the internet.

of course google images and gmail are exceptional.

anyways...i stand amazed at all things google...
