found fin like this the other night...tired out! i attached a picture i took of silas sleeping like this from a few weeks ago. so funny!!

i'm thinking about camping with my cell group tomorrow night (insanely cold, yes). the problem is that it might rain/sleet on tuesday morning. what am i going to do? i don't know, but this index card explains my dilemma quite well.

our precious silas had a bad week. started with the pukes...and ended with stitches.
here's the story. elle and silas were pretending to cook, using butter knives (yes the dull ones..."no sharp blade") and uncooked sweet potatoes. suddenly a scream...we ran into the kitchen and silas had both hands hanging over the sink dripping with blood. fin rushed him to see our grand-doc. They had to wrap Silas in a sheet to keep him still while they put 5 stitches in his little hand.
today was the day to unwrap his hand and give it some air. as soon as the bandage was off silas ran outside. we followed him and asked what he was doing. he replied, "giving my boo boo some air".

most mornings when i step out into the living room, i find elle and silas on the couch watching a little Disney channel. and most mornings i plop maye down beside them to cuddle while i make coffee. this morning was exceptionally cute!

this past weekend we went down to little rock for jenn chancellor and dan macuik's wedding...wow, we packed in a lot!

traveling with 3 kids is still quite the ordeal (you'd think we've learned by now.) it took us 4.5 hrs to get from our house to the church, including a quick lunch stop a few potty breaks, a change of clothes, a baby bottle, and some luggage reshuffling.

elle and silas were both in the wedding and brooke was the photographer. i know, we are nuts. we stayed at a great hotel, did some swimming, had a good time at the rehearsal dinner and then pulled off the wedding.

here's a few things that i pulled off my camera from yesterday...
